Partnership

Build With Us.
Invest In What
Actually Works.

Three ways to engage with Area51.Technology — as a customer, a technical collaborator, or an investor. Each relationship is structured around a simple premise: we deliver working systems, not PowerPoints.

Engagement Models
01
IV&V as a Service
Accepting Engagements
You build the autonomous system. We validate it. Independent Verification & Validation for drone manufacturers, autonomous vehicle programs, defense contractors, and mining equipment companies. HIL bench design, field validation campaigns, safety case development, and regulatory interface support. We come to your site or run campaigns from Nevada.
→ Request a scope conversation
02
Joint Development
IP Shared
Partner on a specific R&D program under a Joint Development Agreement. Area51.Technology contributes engineering resources, Nevada proving ground access, and V&V infrastructure. Partners contribute domain knowledge, manufacturing capability, or distribution. IP developed jointly — structured for licensing downstream.
→ Discuss a JDA structure
03
Seed Investment
Round Open
Area51.Technology is actively raising a Seed round. Targeted at defense-focused angels, family offices, and early-stage defense tech funds with appetite for pre-revenue deep tech. Request the investment brief for full terms, use of proceeds, and financial projections.

Investment Thesis

Why Area51.Technology

The demand for independent V&V of autonomous systems is immediate and growing. The proving ground gap in Nevada is real and unaddressed. The founder has the rare combination of credentials to execute — trades background, engineering education, Caterpillar-level autonomy exposure, and defense drone validation experience.

This is not a science project. The first revenue is contract-based services that begin Day 1. The seed round funds the infrastructure to scale beyond the founder — prototypes, proving ground, team, and IP filing.

THESIS 01
Immediate Revenue Bridge

IV&V consulting contracts start Day 1. No revenue dependency on prototype completion. The founder's Caterpillar and drone validation credentials are the product.

THESIS 02
Unaddressed Market Gap

No commercial defense-startup-focused proving ground exists in the Nevada corridor. Nellis, Creech, and the FAA autonomous test site sit next to a white space that Area51.Technology fills.

THESIS 03
Multi-Stream IP Platform

Five sector verticals generating defensible IP across autonomous ground, air, subsea, space, and exoskeleton domains. Licensing to primes is the long-term revenue model.

What Partners Get

Access to the
Proving Ground

IV&V Customers
Field Validation in Nevada

Autonomous systems tested in actual desert terrain — not a lab approximation. HIL test bench design, safety case development (STPA, ISO 26262, MIL-STD-882), and field campaigns within 30 minutes of Las Vegas.

JDA Partners
Shared IP & Infrastructure

Joint development agreements structured for IP co-ownership. Partners bring domain knowledge or manufacturing capability. Area51.Technology brings V&V infrastructure, engineering bandwidth, and proving ground access.

Seed Investors
Pre-Revenue Deep Tech

Early entry into a multi-sector IP platform targeting defense, mining, submarine, space, and NextGen Sports technology. SBIR/STTR eligible. Founder with direct Caterpillar autonomy and defense drone validation credentials.

Defense Primes
Independent V&V & IP Licensing

MOSA-compliant architectures, ITAR-aware development practices, and cleared personnel pipeline from Creech AFB RPA community. Area51.Technology operates as an independent technical partner, not a competitor.
